Terms & Conditions — 29pkr Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 29pkr (hereinafter "29pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://29pkr.cam and its associated sub-domains.

29pkr is an English-language platform designed for users in Pakistan, providing access to sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, esports and related entertainment products. All platform content, interfaces and communications are provided in English. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is used as the primary display currency where applicable.

29pkr operates under international licensing. The Platform does not claim, represent or imply that it is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) or any provincial authority within Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall carry the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or using any service provided by 29pkr, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 29pkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction or your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time you access the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent or associate of 29pkr or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries or technology partners.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or any other policy of 29pkr.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have satisfied yourself that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. 29pkr makes no representation that using the Platform is legal in any given location.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Each person may register only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements:

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the operation of your Account that 29pkr deems appropriate, you will be required to complete a KYC verification process. This may include but is not limited to:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of an Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account statement confirming your name and account number).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by regulatory obligations or internal risk controls.
• Any additional documentation requested by our compliance team in the course of standard due diligence.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal processing and may result in Account closure. 29pkr reserves the right to withhold funds pending the completion of KYC procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 29pkr immediately via the contact details provided in Section 18 of these Terms. 29pkr will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

• You must not allow any other person to use your Account.
• You must not use another person's Account.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• 29pkr may conduct periodic security reviews and require re-authentication.
• Dormant accounts (inactive for 12 months or more) may be subject to a dormancy administration charge in accordance with applicable operator policy.

Funds must be deposited into your Account using payment methods listed and available in the 29pkr cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may change from time to time. You are responsible for checking current cashier availability before initiating any deposit.

Payment methods that may appear as familiar references in the 29pkr cashier include mobile wallet services and bank transfer options commonly used in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these names on the Platform is for contextual familiarity only and does not constitute or imply any endorsement, affiliation, partnership or confirmation of gambling support by any of these institutions. Users must verify each provider's own terms independently.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 29pkr does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly, but processing times depend on the payment method, your bank or wallet provider and any applicable compliance checks.
• 29pkr reserves the right to decline any deposit or reverse any credited amount where fraud, breach of terms or compliance concerns are identified.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds (real-money balance, net of any bonus requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms, completion of KYC verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name. 29pkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the deposit ("same-method rule"), subject to method availability and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method and verification tier.
• Processing times vary by method. 29pkr does not guarantee instant withdrawal processing. Times are subject to operator batch schedules, payment provider windows and compliance review requirements.
• Where a withdrawal is subject to additional verification, 29pkr will notify the User by the contact method on file. Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• 29pkr reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, breach of terms or regulatory concerns are identified.
• Funds associated with an active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until such requirements are satisfied.

All sports betting and gaming activity on the Platform is subject to specific product rules in addition to these general Terms. Product rules govern settlement, void conditions, system errors, event cancellations and related matters. Users are responsible for reading and understanding applicable product rules before placing a Wager.

Sports Betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before acceptance; any change will be notified prior to confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. The Platform accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues that affect your ability to place live bets.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are subject to specific cricket betting rules governing weather interruptions, DLS adjustments, match abandonments and related scenarios.
• Bets on events subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption may be voided at 29pkr's discretion.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply. These are displayed in the sports betting interface.

Casino & Live Games:

• Casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, for live dealer games, physical equipment operated by certified live studios.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-run theoretical returns over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a system error, malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. 29pkr reserves the right to void any bets placed during a verified system malfunction.
• Game rules are displayed within each game interface. Users must review these before playing.

29pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback schemes, referral incentives, loyalty tier perks and other promotional products from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of the offer and must be read in full before acceptance.

• Bonuses are only available to users who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated per offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 29pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

29pkr is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. We believe gambling should be entertainment and not a financial strategy. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling behaviour, and we encourage all Users to use them proactively.

Available Responsible Gambling Tools:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum duration for a single session, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cool-off Period: You may apply a temporary break from gambling, during which your Account will be inaccessible for wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion that restricts your Account access for a minimum period. During a self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to the support team and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 29pkr Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful source.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any money laundering or financial crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corrupt wagering or any activity connected to sports corruption.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place wagers or otherwise interact with the Platform other than through the standard user interface.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, software errors or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to collusion in poker or live dealer games.
• Misusing promotions or engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 10.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account, or using a third party's Account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversal fraud.

All content on the 29pkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 29pkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

29pkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

You may not use any meta tags or other hidden text utilising 29pkr's name or trademarks without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of the Platform content terminates the licence granted to you under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29pkr, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Loss arising from technical failure, platform downtime, server errors or connectivity interruptions.
• Loss arising from your inability to access the Platform due to maintenance, updates or regulatory requirements.
• Any actions taken by payment providers, including delays, rejections or reversals of transactions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game information.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 29pkr support using the details in Section 18. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding obligations.

29pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• KYC documentation has been withheld, forged or is otherwise unsatisfactory.
• A chargeback has been filed against a deposit transaction.
• Regulatory requirements or licensing obligations necessitate account closure.
• A User has applied for self-exclusion.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the User's welfare under responsible gambling obligations.

Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, 29pkr reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms fraud or material breach, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

29pkr reserves the right to amend, update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 29pkr will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications or non-material additions) may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of these Terms will be updated to reflect the date of any revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 29pkr holds its operating licence, as notified to users from time to time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction require otherwise.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: 29pkr does not operate under any licence issued by any Pakistani authority. The Platform is not approved, regulated or overseen by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, SBP or any provincial gambling authority. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
